Kara Zahl, LMT
Kara Zahl is a licensed massage therapist who is blessed to have spent the last decade working with a wide range of clients. She has studied a variety of modalities at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and the San Francisco School of Massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, and Pre-natal Massage,Trigger Point and Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Stretching& Joint Mobilization, and Multi-dimensional Bodywork.Kara uses her training as a certified yoga instructor to guide client’s breath to help release long- held patterns, emotions, and trauma in addition to providing asanas which can help facilitiate further healing.Kara enjoys seeing clients facing a wide range of life and emotional challenges who she holds in a safe, loving space through body and energy work. She also incorporates shamanic work when it fits the client. Each session is unique, catered to the specific needs of the person in the moment.
