I am a certified massage therapist, trained primarily in Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy (trigger point release), as well as Reiki/vibrational medicine. I started my own healing journey over 15 years ago. Guided by many wonderful practitioners and modalities, I discovered my passion for wellness through touch. I have been practicing massage since 2000. My goal is always to listen to what you need and to achieve as much improvement per session as possible.
I am available at BAP on Fridays, preferably by appointment. Walk-in hours are also sometimes possible, given good timing. My rate is simply $1.00 per minute, then add $10.00 to that. Please feel free to call for any more info.
